Todays topic is on STRESS..

IF you are facing anyone of these now please look for assistance:

experience more stressors in routine activities;
feel vulnerable, helpless, and without choices;
have limited internal and external resources to draw on;
feel socially isolated, not accepted;
have little capacity for self-change; and
accumulate negative experiences

Stress is defined as the physiological and psychological alarm-response of the body to challenging situations.

What causes stress:
When demands are too numerous or too difficult, stress occurs.

Ways to RELEASE stress:
1. Bang your head on a HARD, STIFF wall. If it doesn't bleed, please repeat this step using a GREATER force.
2. Aerobic Exercising
3. High Pressure Exercising
4. Doing Physical Work
5. Come look for me! (okay, better not, later make you more depressed)
6. Look for our very nice FORM TEACHER, Mr Khoo.
7. Pray to god. (: (though i'm not a christian, I believe that god answer prayers. Do ask for more details from christians.)
8. Get yourself off the stack of books lying murderously there. Get a break, we are humans, not machines
9. Zi can. (kidding)
10. Sleep more.
