FAQs.
Bookings:
Applicants must be aged 18 and above at the time of booking. Booking is opened 8 months in advance to Aranda member and 6 months for NTUC Link cardholder and public. Booking must be made in person or through internet and for a minimum duration of two consecutive nights for weekends, eve of public holidays, public holidays and school holidays. S$100.00 refundable deposit is required upon booking and this is used to offset any incidental charges, lost or damage. Any balance amount will be refunded upon check-out. Payments must be made in full and in Singapore currency. Payment by Cash, Nets and Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex only) are acceptable. The Management reserves the right not to accept any application or cancellation if it does not deem fit, and shall not be liable for any damage arising thereupon. The Management reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time it deems fit without prior notice.
Amendment of Bookings:
All amendments must be done via letter, e-mail, fax or in person. For change of arrival date, a notice of 14 days or more prior to arrival date is required and subject to availability. Applicants are only allowed to change the arrival date once. Should applicants decide to cancel the booking after the change, a penalty charge of 50% of the suite rental shall be forfeited. Change of guest's particulars is not allowed once final receipt / tax invoice has been issued.
Cancellation of Executive Suites / BBQ Pit Bookings:
All booking cancellations must be done via letter, e-mail, fax or in person. Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to arrival date - deposit of $100 shall be forfeited. Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date - deposit of $100 plus 50% of the suite rental shall be forfeited. No refund for BBQ pit booking shall be given in the event of rain or cancellation.
No Show/ Early Check-out:
No refund shall be made for any period that is not used; full rental forfeiture applies.
Rules & Regulations:
Guests shall check-in any time after 3.00pm but before 9 pm with their Aranda member's card / identity cards / passports. The Management reserves the right to change the unit at any time it deems fit without prior notice and shall not be liable for any damage arising from there. Registration Form must also be completed upon checking-in.Written authorisation is required to check-in on behalf. The authorised person must be aged 18 and above, and has to produce the following upon check-in :- The authorised person's I/C- Confirmation of Booking Form- The member's NTUC Card (if applicable) for verification purposes. Guests are advised to do a self-check and acknowledge the inventory list upon check-in and report any discrepancies or damages to Housekeeping within 30 minutes upon check-in. Otherwise the Management shall consider all items are accounted for and in good working condition. Guests are required to check-out before 10.00am on their departure date, otherwise a day's rental shall be imposed.To assist you to do check-out, please press "5" by using our in-house telephone. Our Housekeeping team will do an inventory check and after completion, please bring the clearance form, room key(s), deposit slip and identity card to front office for check-out. Express check-out (after 9pm) - Please bring along room key(s), deposit slip, form to request for refund by post (fill in and sign by applicant) must be placed in the envelope provided during check-in and hand it to our Security personnel at the Security Guard House.A maximum of 4 persons are permitted to stay overnight in the Executive Suites. The Management reserves the right to evict any additional persons.No excessive noise is permitted after 11.30pm. The Management reserves the right to evict all rowdy and misbehaving guests with no refund of suite rental.The following are not allowed within the club:- Organised Gambling- Karaoke / Dancing / Cooking - Pets - Personal portable BBQ pits- Catering of food (except by club's approved caterer)- Unauthorized fixtures and decorations in the Suites Housekeeping services are provided on an alternate day basis. If you are staying for 3 days/2 nights, there will not be any housekeeping services except disposal of garbage.Guests and visitors shall at all times obey and comply with the rules and regulations set by the Management.Guests shall comply with the Pool Standing Orders and the Pool Swimming Times. Only proper swimwear shall be allowed.Guests are advised to lock and latch all Suites doors and windows after midnight or each time they leave the Suites.The Management shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, accident or loss of any valuables, money or personal items of both guest and visitors and damages arising therefrom.The Management reserves the right to take appropriate actions (including shortening the duration of stay without any refund) against anyone who infringes its Rules and Regulations.The Management also reserves the right to disallow any person whom it deems undesirable into the resort ground and shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.The Management reserves the right to charge the guests for any loss or damage, the cost of replacements or repair of any item provided in the suite and its surroundings.
Energy Saving & Costs:
Please help us to conserve energy during your stay with us by switching off all lights and air-conditioner/s when not in use. Please ensure all windows and doors are firmly closed to avoid loss of energy and for your personal safety. A daily electrical allowance of 25 units is allowed per Executive Suite. Consumption beyond the set daily allowance will be charged at a flat rate of $50 per day, payable during check-out.

Parking for Suite Occupants/Guests
Executive Suites Occupants/Guests will not be entitled parking facilities at ACC car park. For parking facilities, please proceed to Downtown East Car Park B.
